HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AS A FORM OF SELF-LOVE

Panda Felix who is part of the Corporate Partnership team joined WWF-ID starting from January 2023. His job in Corporate Partnership is to find corporate partners or companies to work with WWF. Collaboration activities with partners can take the form of CSR, creating events, or becoming an advocacy team for sustainable business in a company.
According to Panda Felix, self-love is appreciating ourselves with what we have and what we do, as well as the achievements that have been achieved. Panda Felix loves himself very much. He has made peace with himself and gives more appreciation to himself. Felix sees the extent of what has been done by himself without burdening his mind with stress, is thankful, and grateful for everything that has been done. Felix has loved himself for a long time, since high school. He realized that he was less stressed and did not compare himself to others when others had higher achievements. At that time, Felix also felt satisfied and enough with his own achievements. The key to self-love is gratitude. As long as Felix breathes, he feels grateful for himself. Even the little things are worth appreciating, such as being able to wake up and having a healthy body.
Panda Felix is a firm believer in a healthy lifestyle. When he was in college, he realized that there are many benefits of a healthy lifestyle, such as a fresher body, happy to see his own proportional body in the mirror, having strong stamina, and getting sick less often. Felix enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, working out and eating a healthy diet. Previously, Panda Felix had participated in body building exercises that made him understand nutrition and muscle building. What goes into the body is an investment in the future. If you have unhealthy eating habits, it will become bad habits that can hurt yourself in the future.
The first motivation to embrace a healthy lifestyle is to love it. Keep in mind that this is a lifestyle, where the lifestyle is consistent for life, so liking the way the lifestyle itself is not a burden while running it happily.
There is definitely a link between healthy life style and self-love. One of the efforts to love ourselves is to make ourselves healthy. A healthy body balanced with a healthy mind will make us feel positive and give self-love to ourselves. When our body is unhealthy, we feel bad and our thoughts are negative, we will unconsciously self-blaming which is definitely the opposite of self-love. When we love ourselves, we will also keep our body healthy. So, it can be concluded that there is a reciprocal relationship between self-love and healthy lifestyle.
For Pandas who have not been able to love themselves, we must know what our strengths and weaknesses are. Once we know that, we can assess and improve our capacity by spending effort according to our ability. In addition, by practicing a healthy lifestyle, Panda can also nourish the body and mind, which leads to self-love. Let's live healthy!
