WWF-INDONESIA'S YOUTH FIGHTING SPIRIT IN SPREADING THE CONSERVATION MESSAGE
By: Ranny R Yuneni
Passion. Perhaps this is the most appropriate word to describe my path in choosing the conservation sector, marine in particular. Of course, in developing myself, I continue to open myself to the challenge of any unanswered questions about the ocean itself. Simultaneously, I want to contribute to the sustainability of natural resources that have provided many benefits in my personal life. NGOs are still a very relevant platform for the implementation of all conservation theories, although there must be adaptations in the field due to differences in practice. As I quoted from someone who has been with WWF for decades, I strongly agree with his words that WWF is a Life University; and it is true that it is study for life! Another thing that I am still interested in in this sector is the ability to share. Sharing knowledge and experience as widely as possible about conservation issues so that the benefits are obtained not only now but also later!
