PANDA MOBILE INVITES TK DOMBA KECIL STUDENTS TO RECOGNIZE & PROTECT UMBRELLA SPECIES
On Thursday (08/10), WWF-Indonesia's Panda Mobile visited Domba Kecil Kindergarten, West Jakarta to invite students to recognize and protect umbrella species. On that occasion, the Panda Mobile team explained that the umbrella species is an animal with a very wide range so that if the habitat of this umbrella species is protected, other animals in its range will also be protected.
This is not the first time that Panda Mobile has visited Little Lamb Kindergarten. Therefore, it is not surprising that some of the students were already familiar with some of the activities that would be carried out. Since morning, they have been participating in the activities with great enthusiasm.
The series of events began with a brief introduction of the WWF-Indonesia Mobile Panda and continued with a fairy tale by Kak Ryan. The theme raised in this fairy tale is about poaching of endangered animals with the main characters of orangutans and tigers. With his puppet, Kak Ryan played an orangutan child who cried because his mother was shot by humans. The story was easy to understand by the students because Kak Ryan packaged the story in a simple, light, and entertaining way.
