Jakarta (26/08)-Coinciding with fast-breaking gathering of all WWF-Indonesia staffs in Jakarta office, Thursday, 26 August 2010, CEO of WWF-Indonesia Efransjah officially launched WWF-Indonesia contact centre.
The contact centre aims at enhancing closer connection with both WWF’s supporters which now attain to 25,000 individuals and public through telephone, SMS, or online media. Moreover it also plays an important role as information tool for supporters to keep them updated with WWF’s campaign activities or other public events.
According to WWF-Indonesia Marketing and Communication Director Devy Suradji, this communication channel is WWF-Indonesia’s commitment to provide best service for public who have given extra energy and support for WWF-Indonesia’s conservation efforts.
“We expect that this contact center will enable us to comprehensively answer all questions from WWF’s supporters. Furthermore, it is also expected to give maximum benefits to support WWF-Indonesia’s conservation works,” she added.
