TUNAS MUDA SCHOOL HANDED OVER DONATION OF 4 SUMATRAN SPECIES

Jakarta (17/10)-Starting with encouraging their students to take part in ""Save Sumatra"" campaign, Tunas Muda School Jakarta organized a hand-over ceremony of 4 Sumatran adopted species donated by Tunas Muda in Senayan City, Jakarta, on Saturday (17/10).
The hand over done by Head of Tunas Muda School in Kedoya and Meruya, Rachel and Frances. WWF-Indonesia was represented by WWF-Indonesia Director of Operations Mohammad Syafril. With this ceremony, Conservation Festival series of activities initiated by Tunas Muda since last October reached its peak.
Donation in the form of adoption offered by WWF-Indonesia in 4 adoption packages of Sumatran species; elephant, orangutan, rhino, and tiger. The adoption program encourages students to give support for Sumatra forest.
The interesting part was when a 5th grade student, Felicia Esteliana handed over her art work in the form of a picture of Sumatran tiger. ""I like tiger, a big, strong, and smart animal. I wish they won't extinct. I love animals.""
All donation will be used to succeed Sumatra forest and species conservation practice.
