In June-September 2010, WWF-Indonesia traveled to 6 cities in Indonesia, namely Medan (June 16-20), Palembang (July 2-4), Pekanbaru (July 16-18), Makassar (August 13-15), Bali (September 3-5) and Semarang (September 24-26), to invite the public to love biodiversity more. This time WWF in collaboration with PT Sharp Elektronik Indonesia held an event entitled ""Discover Indonesia"", and this time it was held for the second time.
In each city, WWF together with Sharp conducted visits to elementary schools with the theme School Visit: Early Education on Biodiversity and Animal Conservation, and conducting exhibition activities and entertainment events carried out in one of the shopping centers.
These activities aim to introduce Indonesia's biodiversity and animal conservation to the public. In each of its activities, WWF-Indonesia seeks to share stories about the environment, either through educational games, fairy tales, songs, books, drawing or coloring, quizzes, and several other communication media. WWWF-Indonesia's goal is to introduce Indonesia's biodiversity and animal conservation to the public.
