Climate Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation of a program related to climate change. This includes detailed planning, partner monitoring, and reporting. The role involves developing networks with various organizations, including civil society organizations, WWF Networks, government agencies, and business actors. The Climate Lead will also supervise the implementation of program duties and provide input on Requests for Concept Notes and Proposal prepared by third parties. Additionally, the position involves leading WWF Indonesia programs and projects in the energy sector, aligning them with climate change mitigation and adaptation goals. The Climate Lead will specifically coordinate a civil society strengthening program related to just energy transition and land management, funded by the EU, from 2024 to 2026.
