Gathering with friends and playing is what young children love the most. They spend their time filled with jokes and laughter. That's what the students of Kinderfield Puri, Kembangan, West Jakarta did on Saturday (09/12). That day, their school organized an activity called "Kinderfield on Mission". With the aim of introducing parents to the school's activities, the Anak Kolong community and WWF-Indonesia were also invited to participate in the event.
Attended by 200 students from playgroup to kindergarten, the event started at 09.00 WIB and opened with a dance performance from the students. Next, they were entertained with educational games provided by WWF-Indonesia. Accompanied by Nabila and Vella (WWF-Indonesia's volunteers), students from the playgroup class were invited to compete in putting together a simple puzzle with pictures of animals belonging to the big cat family. Among the big cats are tigers and leopards.
Participants in the competition were divided into three groups. Each group was accompanied by one teacher. The rules of the game were to arrange the puzzle into four pictures. The group that completes it first is the winner. The winners get attractive prizes that have been prepared by the WWF-Indonesia Mobile Panda team. This made the students and teachers eager to compete in solving the puzzle.
During the activity, the WWF-Indonesia Mobile Panda also conducted activities in two posts, namely watching movies and cranklek games. The students were very enthusiastic to watch the movie "Hunters and Tigers". In addition, there were also movies "Quartet at the Crossroads" and "The Adventure of Banyu". In another room, the students played "Orangutan" and "Tiger". However, due to the somewhat hidden position of the room, this game was less visited.
The series of activities with Panda Mobile was closed with a story told by Kak Ian. The story of a child named Cilup who ventured into the forest was able to make the children excited and immersed in the story. Kak Iyan told the story of Cilup who littered and made the tiger angry with Cilup because it could have a bad impact on the environment. Cilup felt guilty and apologized to the tiger and promised not to repeat it again.
