The Panda Mobile team this time consisted of Kak Iqbal, Kak Prima, Kak Danang, Kak Dini, Kak Tama, Kak Wanto, and Kak Zahra. They met with the students of SMP Hati Kudus and SMA Dharma Jaya, which are still under the same educational foundation.
At the beginning of the activity that took place in the halls of the two schools, Kak Danang presented the history and development of WWF-Indonesia to the 9th grade junior high school students. Next, the brothers from WWF gave a briefing about the "Draw a Spaceship Containing Earth" games. Enthusiasm and high imagination were immediately shown by the grade 9 students.
Afterward, it was the turn of junior high school students in grades 7 to 8 and high school students in grades 10 to 12 to listen to the presentation. This time, the material was presented by Kak Prima. They were amazed when shown a video about biodiversity in Indonesia.
Exactly at 12:30 pm, high school students in grades 10 to 12 were invited to join the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) session. Patiently and skillfully, the volunteers taught them how to make bags from used t-shirts. Dharma Jaya High School students carefully followed the instructions. The result, an environmentally friendly multipurpose bag.
Through the day's activities at SMP Hati Kudus and SMA Dharma Jaya Jelambar, West Jakarta, the Panda Mobile team hopes that students will be able to utilize and recycle used items to minimize waste, and further realize the importance of protecting the environment around them.
