Last Friday morning (14/11) WWF-Indonesia's six-wheeled educational truck, Panda Mobile, visited the children studying at Domba Kecil Kindergarten. The first time visiting the kindergarten located in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta, the Panda Mobile team that day consisted of Kak Tama, Kak Irza, Kak Ryan, Kak Zahra, and Kak Azmi.
The students of Domba Kecil Kindergarten looked very enthusiastic when Panda Mobile opened. The event hadn't started yet, but without a signal the students ran up to the colorful truck happily. They observed everything inside the truck. From dolls to picture books.
When the time was 9 o'clock, the Little Sheep Kindergarten students were already sitting neatly. Suddenly, Kak Ryan appeared with his guitar and entertained the children with storytelling about various animals and environmental conservation. Dozens of Little Sheep Kindergarten students seemed to be carried away by the storyline performed by Kak Ryan.
After listening to storytelling from Kak Ryan, the Little Lamb Kindergarten students followed the next activity. Grade B students participated in cranklek games with Kak Zahra, while grade A students colored with Kak Azmi. Playground students watched an animated movie at Panda Mobile with Kak Irza.
Teachers and students of Little Lamb Kindergarten enjoyed the activities presented by the Panda Mobile team that day. The teachers considered that the activities carried out were very good. Besides being entertaining, the children got a valuable message about the importance of protecting the environment. The Panda Mobile team itself hopes that the recent activities can raise students' awareness to protect and pay attention to the condition of the environment and animals so that they continue to be sustainable.
