WWF-Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and committed People & Culture Manager to drive people and organizational development strategies aligned with the 2023-2030 Strategic Plan. Reporting to the People & Operations Director, this role plays a key part in supporting WWF-Indonesia’s conservation strategy through the implementation of effective people management systems and fostering a culture that upholds WWF values, diversity, equity, inclusion, continuous improvement, open communication, and employee satisfaction. The People & Culture Manager ensures the highest standards in people management and nurtures a culture aligned with WWF’s core values and ways of working to achieve conservation goals. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing people and organizational development strategies throughout the Strategic Plan period.
