Staged in Jakarta, Indonesia and starting on April 6 and culminating on Earth day, April 22, the Borneo Festival/Heart of Borneo Forum is a three week long celebration of the environmental significance of the Borneo forests and the indigenous communities in and around the HoB.

Through a series of multi-media exhibitions, panel sessions, films and cultural events WWF hopes to bring the wonders of HoB to the city of Jakarta and initiate awareness and discussion to conserve and sustainably develop this region.
