In a series of activities towards its one-year presence in Bandung, Bumi Panda held a roadshow to a number of elementary schools in the Flower City. The activity aims to introduce WWF-Indonesia's environmental education house, in addition to informing the current environmental issues and efforts that have been and are being made by WWF-Indonesia.
roadshow team.
The students were very enthusiastic when listening to all the information presented by the facilitators. "I just found out that planting plants can also be done without soil," said Raihan, a student of SD Bianglala.
The Bumi Panda team also introduced the students to renewable electrical energy through props that were brought. After learning through the props, students watched the movie 'The Adventure of Banyu and Elektra to Light the City'. They were then invited to observe their school environment to see if there was any energy waste happening.
"We are very grateful for the arrival of the brothers and sisters from WWF-Indonesia. The activities presented are very useful and informative. Our students can know the best way to use electrical energy in addition to knowing technology about renewable electrical energy, "commented Yani, SD Merdeka 5 Bandung Teacher.
