Dozens of scouts from Dhanapala Scout Movement (Gugus Depan) and Racana The State University of Jakarta demonstrated sempahore in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Wednesday (24/03). The scouts were rotating arms holding sempahore signal flags to convey a simple message :""Don't forget to turn off all of your lamps on 27 March 2010 at 20:30 – 21:30. Only one simple click to change the world.""This action is one of the series of activities to socialize the lights out campaign, ""Earth Hour."" Besides the sempahore attraction, the Jakarta Scouts also gave away pins and stickers of Earth Hour while giving information about Earth Hour to people crossing Mega Kuningan, an elite commercial area arrayed with embassies, exclusive office buildings, luxury residential towers and shopping malls.
