Indonesia has a great opportunity to accelerate the decarbonization of the industrial sector through the utilization of low-carbon biomass as an alternative to coal. This infographic explains the potential of utilizing the abundant palm oil waste in Central Kalimantan as a biomass source to support the energy transition. Through this approach, it is hoped that more sustainable resource utilization can encourage the acceleration of an equitable and low-emission energy transition.
