Rahmadani is the Secretary of the Marine Science Department at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Halu Oleo (UHO), Kendari. After graduating from Marine Science at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Rahmadani continued her master's education at UHO, where she currently teaches as a lecturer. Since 2012, Rahma has been active in various marine researches organized by the Higher Education Office and independently.

Most recently, she was involved in research on media development and integration systems for lobster mariculture with coral and sponge transplantation to increase productivity and conserve maritime resources. In the last two years, Rahma has been actively providing technical guidance on environmental rehabilitation with coral transplantation methods in several villages in Southeast Sulawesi. In #XPDCSULTRA, Rahmadani acts as a benthic researcher in the ecology team.
