Prakas Santoso is a diver from Reef Check Indonesia who joined as a fish observer, collaborating with Sila in the #XPDCALORFLOTIM team. Prakas graduated from the Department of Marine Science and Technology, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 2013. A year later, he completed Scientific Diving training from Udayana University and the Leibniz Center for Marine Tropical Ecology (ZMT).

The man who lives in Bekasi has been actively involved in various ecological survey activities since 2012. Sent by various agencies, Prakas became a scientific diver and expert from one survey activity to another. Starting from the nearest one in Jakarta Bay and Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta, to East Kalimantan, Karimunjawa - Central Java, South Sulawesi, Lombok, and Riau Islands, West Southeast Maluku, East Halmahera, to East Biak, Papua.
