Musanif Umar is an Honorary Worker at the Marine and Fisheries Service (DKP) of Alor Regency. Together with Yansens S Sailana, he represents DKP Alor Regency to support the implementation of #XPDCALORFLOTIM as a Basic Diver ADS certified boat chef. Musanif Umar hails from Pulau Buaya Village, Abal Sub-district, Alor District, so while navigating the waters of Alor, he understands the terrain of the Alor island district well, and seems familiar with the boats of the local fishermen that the #XPDCALORFLOTIM team encountered during the trip.
