"The issuance of timber legality laws in the United States (through the Lacey Act) and Europe indicates that certification work in Indonesia as a producer country needs to be improved. Global Forest & Trade Network (GFTN) Indonesia fully supports sustainable forest management efforts carried out by timber processing companies, HPH, community forests and other related parties without forgetting the spirit of conservation. Species management that is able to work in harmony with the forestry business was a highlight in 2010.
