Submission
of Proposal:
All
Interested Consultant/Agency are requested to submit their proposals by August 4th, 2023.
The
proposal should include an overview of experience, portfolio showcasing
relevant projects, team composition, proposed approach and methodology,
an estimated timeline, and cost breakdown.
Evaluation
Criteria:
The
consultants/agency will be evaluated based on relevant industry experience,
understanding of the client's objectives, proposed approach, timeline
feasibility, and budget alignment.
