Grant & Financial Management Team - Jakarta

Yayasan WWF Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-Indonesia is seeking the best candidate for the position of Grant & Financial Management Team. This position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to the Grant & Financial Management Manager.


This position will provide support in budget planning and use of WWF-Indonesia's financial income and expenses and ensure proper financial reporting in accordance with donor provisions, donor strategic plans, PSAK standards, and other regulatory requirements to provide good insight into the financial performance of projects/programs in WWF-Indonesia.


Requirements for this position are:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Administration
  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance and accounting, preferably in NGO.
  • Have the ability to operate accounting software such as Ms. Excel or Accurate.
  • Having high loyalty to work.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Have good analytical skills, results-oriented
  • Should have the following competencies: Accounting Standardization (GAAP, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard), Accounting for Financing, Computers, especially Excel. Audit ability. Ability to Make Audit Reports. Tax knowledge. Financial and Accounting Management Systems. Administrative Management, Interpersonal Communication, and Document (Filing) Management. Storage Management
