WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is seeking the best candidate for the position of Head of Partnership & Fundraising. This position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Head of Partnership is responsible for revenue growth for the organization and maximizing income from existing and new engagement programmes including corporate partnership programmes, sustainable giving programmes and an individual membership programme. The Head of Partnership’s main responsibility is to drive an efficient and functional fundraising operation to support Yayasan WWF Indonesia’s conservation efforts.
We seek a dedicated professional who is passionate, creative, always willing to push the boundaries, a great team player and overall, a good human being, who understands and appreciates the value of leading a big team.
For this role, he/she must have significant experience in managing and growing partnerships. Of graduate calibre, he/she will be consummate relationship manager with a proven track record of leading partnerships or business and donor engagement in a large complex organisation. He/she will also be proficient in developing impactful partnership strategies and plans.
A motivational team leader, he/she will excel at building and coaching high-performing teams. He/she will also be effective at influencing stakeholders as well as possessing excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Used to managing budgets, he/she will be comfortable meeting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities.
Experience working in an international corporate or international charity as well as knowledge of sustainability and development issues is desirable.
