WWF-ID is seeking the best candidate for the position of Tambrauw Project Coordinator This position will be based in Tambrauw, West Papua, and report directly to the Papua Program Manager.
Provide support and ensure the availability of leadership functions for projects at the WWF-Indonesia work site in Tambrauw, coordinate with the MACP Project Leader and VCA Project Leader so that there is integration between projects in Tambrauw. In carrying out this function, the Tambrauw Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that projects in Tambrauw, especially for projects funded by WWF-Finland- run smoothly from proposal planning to program evaluation consisting of integration of several projects; effectively create plans that support specific project objectives; ensure integration between projects; regularly coordinate with MACP Project Leader, VCA Project Leader and Papua Program Manager as direct supervisors; managing the team in the field, coordinating with the team on a regular basis, and creating a conducive & positive working atmosphere; ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations and teamwork in the field; and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with relevant key partners in Tambrauw and at the provincial level of West Papua.
