WWF-ID is currently seeking the best candidate for the position of Corporate & Philanthropy Fundraising TeamThis position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to the Corporate & Philanthropy Fundraising Team Leader.


In carrying out its duties, the Corporate & Philanthropy Fundraising Team plays a role in synergizing with partners from the corporate and philanthropic segments in fundraising efforts, as well as managing and maintaining existing collaborations in order to support conservation efforts undertaken by WWF-Indonesia. The role of the Corporate & Philanthropy Fundraising Team is also needed to build a portfolio of various types of innovative fundraising products to support the vision and mission as well as meet the needs of the organization by focusing on the pillars of Sustainable Business Practices, Communications & Awareness Raising, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Philanthropy.

Especially for the position of Corporate & Philanthropy Fundraising - New Business, this role will focus approximately 70 percent on the process of implementing new synergies & collaborations with potential partners, and approximately 30 percent on the process of overseeing program implementation and good relations and developing communication with stakeholders. partner.



The scope of activities includes:

  • Contribute to the formulation of fundraising strategies involving the corporate & philanthropic sectors; equipped with strategies to maintain good relations and maintain regular communication with partners.
  • Prepare a personal work plan to achieve the annual work target that has been agreed with the supervisor.
  • Propose recommendations for potential partners from the corporate and philanthropic sectors that are in line with WWF-Indonesia's vision and mission as well as conservation needs and priorities through a series of analytical processes: (i) studying and analyzing WWF-Indonesia's annual priority programs; (ii) perform market intelligence functions regarding potential sources of funding from the corporate and philanthropic sectors; (iii) conduct a potential partner selection process (due diligence process) so as to mitigate risks that may arise from cooperation with partners in accordance with the Corporate Engagement Guidelines issued by the WWF Network Office.
  • Monitor partner database and make regular updates.
  • Contribute to developing communication materials that will be sent periodically through communication media owned by WWF-ID to the partner database, as well as developing informative and interactive customer journey communication materials to show reporting on the implementation of activities with partners in the field.
  • Develop innovative and value-added fundraising products for partners such as employee engagement, opening new digital channels, etc., which focuses on cooperation in the areas of Sustainable Business Practices, Communications & Awareness Raising, and Corporate Social Responsibility/ Philanthropy.


Requirements for this position are:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably from relevant studies (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations)
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in the same field preferably if you have experience in marketing & communication, CSR/Sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
